There was a wonderful woman helping me at the drive through and as they made my drink wrong to begin with, her manager decided to NOT fix my drink and give her employee immense attitude. I never really write reviews but the staff this morning of 11/9 was absolutely phenomenal. When they saw someone was standing by the pick up a little bit longer, they went out of their way to ask us what our name was and check on the status of our order. Generally decent, no complaints about typical service; however, they sometimes close early without updating any online hours (Google, Starbucks App, etc). Quite annoying to arrive and have it closed. Staffing issues suck as a business, but please fix your processes to notify guests better. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Hoping the people who work here get some relief and this location is staffed appropriately. The drinks are always good and the people are super friendly but it’s never, ever quick. Often the inside is closed so you have to pick your mobile order up from a window to the side. This is not communicated in the app when you order so when you get your time estimate for your order to be ready, tack on an extra 10 minutes.
