They are so friendly! They always know what I am trying to order by my description when I can't remember the name of what I had somewhere else. Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. They don't skip on the taste, NO watering down like other ones I been to! Very happy! 😊 Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very bad service at the drive thru on 1/16 between 9-10am. Gave us grande instead of venti coffee and said we had to come inside in negative temperatures to exchange it. Then the cake pop fell out of sack and she gave us empty sack and wouldn't come back to the window to correct it. I have never received such horrible service as from this woman. Starbucks is Starbucks. And then there's Starbucks in Antioch. Their crew is fantastic! I particularly like the drive-thru person - she's patient, knowledgeable and funny! This location is becoming a nightmare to visit. The cars backed up for drive through form a line that ends up into 173, and completely blocks cars from exiting spots . I try to solve the problem of the line by mobile ordering, but then you still need to park to go get the drink. Once you park, you simply cannot get out during busy times (which is every time I'm there). Last time I was blocked in for a solid 15 minutes, since people were not willing to let those of us parked pull out of our spots. The person at the drive through window, believe their name is Teddy, has a bad attitude, and just overall unprofessional. Today, instead of just handing me the card reader, it was thrown into my car window with no warning. This attitude happens every time, but this was next level. Service: 1
Sometimes it can be a little jam-packed in there. The parking lot's not too big so you have to like squeeze your way in there and to turn in there. It's sort of hard to find but once you do it's pretty quite all right. Seems like they have a bunch of people that are training in there though and sometimes things drag. Over 10 mins wait for an Americano, 2 coffee drinks more than 5 mins apart with no other customers in store. Staff won't make eye contact. Rude and not very clean. Go somewhere else
This Starbucks is definitely one of the quietest ones I’ve been to, in a really good way. Staff is more than amazing, kind and really friendly. I'm giving 3 stars now...see update at bottom. As of lately, it seems like my venti drinks are not being filled all the way like they used to be. The staff is super friendly and my drinks always taste great so no complaints there. I pay extra for non dairy so it's frustrating when my cup is filled only to about 3" from the top. If I wanted a grande, I'd get a grade. I get that I do light ice, but I'm used to them being filled to about 1.5" from the top with light ice. Can I ask them to top it off? I've seen other reviews saying they won't if you ask, so I'm not sure. **update: Starbucks support online told me to ask them to top it off, because it shouldn't be THAT short with light ice...so I did. The girl got upset at me and told me "well you got light ice so that's how it is. I'll top it off this time but next time you have to pay extra". Girl no offense but I already pay 70 cents extra because I CAN'T have dairy. So, needless to say, I was a bit annoyed at the attitude. The drink tasted weird and I noticed the milk on the bottom was curdled. I threw out the drink. I contacted Starbucks again with a photo of the curdled milk and what happened when I asked for a light top off. They were very helpful and polite and said they would talk to the store. I told them previously I didn't want any compensation but they gave me a free drink anyway due to the fact that my last drink had curdled milk and wasn't drinkable. Came in the next morning and the same girl heard my name and immediately asked if I wanted a top off. I told her yes just a bit and she did with no attitude and I went on my way. I appreciate that the store took my complaint to heart and that even though I told corporate I didn't need compensation, they gave it to me anyway. Just wish thus store would get back to their usual service and consistency.
