The BEST Starbucks team I saw yet! Gotta say: I visited an awful lot of Starbucks' teams over time. This one here, today, was FLAWLESS! Huge line, picky customers on the graduation day at SUNY, etc. They made it feel like a breeze. You guys nailed it big time! Wow the drink that I had is amazing and some other guy that was there did not want his drink so he offered it to me but ong the gr mango do lemonade is so good should make new drinks every month or have there favorite signature drinks in on honor of there birthday month and holiday everyone was very friendly and had a smile on there faces :) I would definitely come back again Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Best Starbucks crew ever! Not only are they super fast and friendly, but they have never screwed up one order compared to every other Starbucks from my hometown. Haley is exceptional!! She never makes me feel bad for my obnoxious order and always leaves me notes on my coffee! Makes my day every time!

The older barista here needs to freaking leave! Very bad service and rude as hell. All the other younger guys and girls here are sweet: we ain’t hard-to-please customer—less ice charges you $0.50, a little room for foam charges you $1. Wow! Let the younger baristas do the order and make the drink. This old blonde lady needs to be schooled to learn how to respect young people order their drinks. We want the way we want it. Be nice and kind or just leave! Simple. Periodt. I am not paying $9 for a drink and get rude service.

MOST of the employee's here are super sweet. One of the older guys, Steve?, who I believe is a manager is super aggressive. NOT okay, especially for an adult working in a college atmosphere. Otherwise, good service.

This is a great Starbucks inside Sunny Oneonta. They have a big variety of food and lots of souvenirs. My daughter recently graduated from Sunny Oneonta and we were there. She took me to Starbucks I was happy to see the place is nice and with lots of tables. The service was excellent. I was asked if I want my pastry to be warmed up. #brokerGCraig #CollegeLife #sunnyOneonta

If you're a Starbucks fiend, go here. If not, probably just go to Dunkin. The drinks are pretty good but they mess them up and get names wrong fairly often. The prices at this Starbucks are very high and they charge for everything including the cup you're supposed to get free water in, whipped cream, etc. They know they can get away with it because their customers are in college using ID card swipes as payment and generally too brain dead to know their balance
