every time iv been here they have handed me my nitro cold brew with more then half of it being creamer after asking for 1/4 they also charged me extra for creamer and sweeter at any other starbucks the drink is 5.45 and at this starbucks its 6.95… will not be back Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Literally watched the girls cluelessly try and make my drink (just a simple cold brew) and then stand around looking confused for 15 minutes. Manager sat in the back being unhelpful when the machine appeared to be broken while I obviously and awkwardly was right there watching. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a little ridiculous. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Put regular milk in my girlfriend's drink even though she asked for almond milk and the label said it. She's not too sensitive but this could be a real problem for somebody who is more lactose intolerant
