What can I say about Starbucks in Pocatello, Idaho... in general, great consistent service and quality Coffee Products. There food isn't bad, but not great. I would go out of my way for the Coffee, but not the food. Service at the drive through varies some based on who's at the counter. The lady today knew my name by my order and voice - I didn't give it to her. Large Iced Carmel Mociato with an extra shot of espresso - an iced quad. I order the same thing every day. I got into an argument another time at checkout, ordering the same thing and I was given a medium with 3 shots for the same price as the large with 4. Despite my saying I order the same thing every day she insisted I got what I paid for. Turns out a large hot is smaller (because there is no ice in the cup).
