I get Starbucks nearly everyday, but it seems this location doesn’t know how to correctly make a shaken espresso. I understand there is to be some foam, but 85% of my drink was foam. I asked them to remake my drink, which I don’t do often and I also asked for cold foam twice and it’s not in there and the drink was still almost all foam. Not happy and most likely won’t be back to this location. A $6+ coffee and it’s all foam is ridiculous. Price per person $1–10 Service: 3

The most absolutely worst service I've ever had at Starbucks. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a hot coffee this morning while four other people walked in behind me without a pre-order and we served their product as I sat there and waited. Someone goes has anybody got this gentleman his coffee and they're like I don't know The worst service ever from Starbucks. I don't know who runs the store, but they are completely pathetic. I will not go there again. I will make the extra distance to the one that's out of my way that I know will get the order right and get it to me within a minute or two. It's simple, hot coffee. Love this location! The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting and feels like a living room! The staff is upbeat and friendly, greeting and saying goodbye to each customer and even knowing customers by name. It is truly a pleasure to come to this location!
