Terrible experience. There were 4 employees standing around or cleaning. One guy told the girl there was a customer. The annoyed look on her face was palpatable. She never asked my name. Most unfriendly Starbucks employee I've ever seen. The then my iced tea was ready no one ever told me. Obviously they couldn't call my name. About 8 other drinks came and went before I went to check. It was just sitting there and no one ever called it out. Then they started cranking music at an awkward level. The two people closest to me were clearly annoyed and left since they couldn't hear each other speak. Won't ever return to this Starbucks. There are plenty of more professional coffee shops nearby.

Arrived at 6:45pm, April 12, the staffs were chatting and told us they were closed. This is first starbucks I arrived in open hour but rejected to provide services. Very bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Update your hours. Just stopped on Monday March 6 at 6:22 and the doors were locked and staff were cleaning. I usually stop here between 6:15 and 6:30 during my kids sports practice and they’ve always been open in the past.

One thing about Starbucks is that if you have been to a couple of Starbucks then you know what to expect. Starbucks pays their people above average salary and trains them well. My coffee drinks are always well prepared and very much to my liking. I especially like their breakfast sandwiches if I am in a hurry. This Starbucks did not disappoint me so I would have to say that their corporate quality folks are on top of their job.

Quick service and good coffee. I’m currently loving their blonde roast. Only thing I would have enjoyed is some comfortable sitting to enjoy the coffee. But it’s a good place to grab coffee on the go. They also offer outdoor sitting which is a nice option.
