We go here often. We will bring friends and have a greatvtime. They can accommodate large families and groups. The food is always fresh and delicious and if you love sushi this is definitely a place for you I do not but friends say it's the best and it is very pretty to look at. Staff is always taking plates away in a timely manner. Just all around a great place and affordable. Please believe me when I say I am only on here to warn future patrons DO NOT GO TO THIS BUFFET!!! You will get sick!! My daughter, my mother and myself went to eat here last night around dinner time, the place was packed and just like countless times before we are seated have our drink orders taken and all 3 of us get up and proceed to go up yo the buffet and choose our food. After going around a few times we all made our way back to our table as we begin to eat I notice something on top of my sushi a long black curly hair on top of my piece I was about to put in my mouth at the time I didn't wanna say anything to my daughter or mother in order to not gross them out I just pushed my plate of sushi to the side a few more minutes go by and (this is where things get GROSS) my daughter is eating the lo mein noodles and right then and there she goes "ewwwww mommy look there is a huge long piece of black hair in my noddles" sound familiar? I go get the woman the operates the front desk and explain to her what just happened and instead of believing us and apologizing she proceeds to dig through my daughters plate of noodle all the while saying "were the hair I see no hair in here" "it's a buffet I can't help if things get in the food" then gives us our check which for 2 adults and one child it came to 50$ and some change then she walks away I get my daughter and my mom and we go to the counter and this point I'm still trying to explain to her I'm not paying for all this after what just happened so then she says "check 50$ I change the bill to 39.50 that make you happy" my jaw hit the floor I paid and walked out flabbergasted I WILL NEVER EVER GO INTO STAR ASIA BUFFET IF MY LIFE DEPENDENT ON IT. HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GIVE THEM BUSINESS MARK MY WORDS YOU WILL BE SORRY all 3 of us got lucky that we did not get sick from the food but that doesn't me you will be too. Clean place. Their lo mein is top notch, not swimming in that gel stuff. I've only had takeout which was prepared in 10 min. Fresh, crisp and they do not shy away from quality containers. I would recommend this place based of the 3 orders I've placed here. They do not have a great variety. The food is cooked as no one cared others had to eat it. Sushi is great, and of course salad bar and dessert bar. My plate was being taken from in front of me without asking was i finished. It was better 2 years ago. Overall I rate a 4 because the food is so good. One of the Best Chinese Buffets in NEPA. However, service can be slow and the waitresses are mostly not very friendly. They seem so unhappy. I love buffet restaurants. First time here. Sign that the pandemic is subsiding. Good crowd here tonight. Service was fine. Clean. Family friendly. Better than all of the local Chinese take out I have tried. Too many items to try tonight. I will be back! I tried small portions of several items. Winners: fried pork dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, the generals chicken, lo main choc pudding and most of the mini deserts, fresh pineapple Ok: pepper steak, vegetable rice. Best on the road restaurant ever. Just park et thePilot Travel Stop across the road and walk here in 2 mins. The buffet is so rich and delicious. Staff is very friendly. They are fast. Food is warm and fresh. Even sushi was good. I tried a lot of things and almost all were good. AND THIS UNLIMITED BUFFET IS ONLY 15 $!!!!!!

Overall i decided a 5. Considering size and location and the type of asian buffet that it is, it is just fine. I did get a great surprise at the latter part of my dining there...they brought out a platter of baked Salmon. It was scrumdileeescious. Sushi was not worth mentioning, but everything else was good. Price is fine, they never make any money off me because i put it down. Fair deal and sweet lady that runs the place. Real good looking too. Miapingchii...😁

One of the best Chinese buffets I have ever been to. Never had dimsum before. The choices were excellent. Service was great. The dumplings made me cry because they were so good. I can tell they were house made. Great chew. Ohhhh yeaaaa love it. And it was right across from the Pilot truck stop. Not a far walk, but a hard walk back after those full plates I had.
