Had trouble with ordering online so I figured I would call and place my to go order . I was twenty minutes away so I figured I would have my meal ready to go when I got there . I walked inside and there was a line. I told them I called in order added pudding also. Paid for order and it wasn't ready. Others in front of me were getting their orders ..where was mine. I asked manager? Where my order was and she went to check...she never got back to me to tell me ..i stopped a friendly cashier. Who checked and said they are working on it. After waiting an additional twenty minutes and seeing others that had not been waiting as long as I had receive their orders. I went up asked for a refund. I love the food and the other times I received good service. After this though dealing with the unapologetic manager I will not be back. I don't care how good the food is ..40 minutes having to wait for 3 bbq baked potatoes that all together cost 50 dollars is ridiculous Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Favorite bbq location. Disappointed last evening. Bathroom was nasty. Food fantastic as always. Service lacking. No rolls for our party during entire visit. One of my favorites. I'll be back because the food is consistently delicious. Where was the manager and attentive workers? Hello Everyone, Came to have dinner with family.I always enjoy this location because they have great food and good service. Today was a lazy Sunday and lucky for me there was a BOGO dinner plate on the app. Cashier was attentive and very helpful. Didn’t even want to leave one star. Spent 55.00 dollars on these two rib plate dinners and what a rip off!!! I went there just one day ago. Ordered online two baby back rib dinners. They weren’t baby back ribs. If they had ran out, it would have been appreciated to have the option of a refund or getting something else. These ribs that were given to me were nothing more than bone and fat!! Not any meat on them what so ever!! The baked potato my friend received as a side was still hard and under cooked plus the bacon on it had a sour taste like it was bad. I am beyond disappointed on this order, food, and whole experience. Had to throw it all away and I know that if you work hard for your money and pay that much for some dinners, you wouldn’t be very happy neither. People work hard for what they have and to have companies allow this to happen is beyond words!!! Will not be back and if you go there, make sure you check all your items before you even leave or you might end up with all bone and fat ribs that aren’t what you ordered. It's been years since I've been back to a Spring Creek BBQ location. There BBQ got so poor I quit eating there. A friend wanted to meet there for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! They finally got some real smoke on their brisket and the sides were solid. Service was great as usual. For the price point a good value. Not Black's or Snows, but solid! It's been a minute since I've been here but, I'll be back really soon! Generous portions of those baby back ribs! Fall of the bone tenderness! Wow! And the sides were exceptional! Especially the macaroni and cheese! And let me not forget to mention those rolls! Hot and soft right outta the oven! An incredible experience this evening. Thank you, Spring Creak for making Sunday dinner an experience to remember. Friendly Staff! Great value! Best deal in town. PS: that potato salad is super delicious! Great spot for lunch too.
