Terrible casino, the food is over priced there's no comps on the players card, and the payouts are a joke, we travel the country and hit casinos nation wide and this is by far the worst, matter of fact I've never had to leave a bad review at a casino before, but these guys were that bad, no self serve drinks waitresses only want to bring you alcohol or water, and the place was trashy and smelly. Never will we stop here again

We just love this casino. Very clean!!!! Not smoky, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was awesome!! Tons of food for a great price!! And a special shout out to Claudia, our server. She was very attentive and pleasant. It feels like they want you here, like the old Vegas used to be. Please don't change a thing!!!

Overall the casino is great but when it comes to the bartenders stationed outside the restaurant, there rude and ignore their customers. I tried to order a drink at both bars and never got one. I asked several times for a drink and stood literally in one of their faces and got nothing. They need to learn some customer service skills. Not to mention this has happened on more than one occasion. I will not be ordering any drinks from the bars here ever again.

Stopped in for some of the best prime rib I’ve ever had, at $30 a plate I should be back every Wednesday night while in the area. (Edit added) The next night I stopped in for their bbq platter special, as it turns out I was charged double for my meal and ended up paying over $41, when I notified the manager she told me there is a sticky button that sometimes charged people x2 for their bill. I decided to remove my five star rating as I don't believe a restaurant that has a know problem such as this (and doesn't repair it immediately) is worthy of a five star rating.

Went there on 2/2/2024 to eat at Taproom 29 and play slots. The food was good, with big portions, but beware of the $6.00 service charge! The slots and video poker were too tight and hard to win with the new machines. I tried several video poker machines and a Quick Hit slot, and got no bonus free games. That's the tightest video poker I ever played and impossible to get 4 of a kind! We will not be back to play there! It was better 4 years ago, before the remodel and new machines.

Our first trip there 12/15/23 was to attend a free show the Rat Pack. That was very good I must say, even though that trio was a bit before my early listening period. Played some slots, and loved the fact that they had nickel video keno and poker! Got a draft IPA at the bar, granted it was in a plastic glass, but only $4! Didn’t eat but the Taproom 29 looked promising and we will try later. Thus far first impression a 5.

For $40 my steak was dry and overdone. Veggies might as well have been microwaved and the potatoes definitely were. The Founders stout is good and definitely a value for $12 a liter but my second marg came with no salt because "they threw it out". What does this mean? All salt has been disposed of? You have limited salt per shift and, at some point, someone comes around and tosses it? This is a bar, right? Just a piss poor experience at a premium price for the most part. Update--They have a 2am cutoff. I didn't know and my server didn't bother to tell me. That's why the salt was thrown out and also why I was disappointed when I asked for another drink. Dropping the charity star I added and going with the one star I initially wanted to give. And to the management who wants my feedback here it is. Train your damn employees. They should be preparing food correctly to order and letting their customers know when the alcohol cutoff is. I've never been to a casino with an alcohol cutoff before. I would have definitely ordered another Founders at 0130 if I'd have known.

It was big, and flashy, just like they like em aye. Went in played my free play and got the hell out of there. Visited the kupi shop where they sell Seneca and Opal cigarettes.

Spacious gaming experience. There are several types of games, I prefer Keno. They have a section for Keno or you can play at the bars. The denominations range from a minimum of 5 cents - 40 cents, a quarter - 8 quarters, and $1 - $8 depending on where you play. Most people working on the floor are very friendly, I've only had bad experiences with beverage servers. Apart from gaming there are diverse options for eating. You can grab a sandwich to go or sit down and have lobster tails. The food at Taproom 28 is AMAZING! I had 2 lobster tails, veggies, and mashed potatoes. My daughter had the Shrimp Scampi Alfredo. Currently on Tuesdays lobster tail dinners are $24.95 but I'd order them again if it weren't on a Tuesday. Our server was extremely kind and the bar environment was not hostile. You can watch the various screens as you enjoy your meal or you can simply sit, enjoy your meal, and chat with your friends at the table. Come check it out!
