We came to this place twice in 1 week; the first time was great, but the 2nd time was awful!! They told us that the kids cannot play in the playground, since we ordered only 2 pancakes dishes and not 3… even though in overall we ordered: 2 pancakes, 2 coffees and 2 ice creams.. at the first time they didn’t mention anything about the minimum orders you have to make in order to play for “free” NOR they have menus in English that explained the rules. Important to mention that the overall bill in both times was equal. the staff was rude and to be honest- the overall experience was very disappointing! Too bad.. kids were upset and so were we. We went for dinner with our family and kids, and arrived a bit early so the kids could play. Bought some coins for the arcade (17 for 10€). Turns out most of the games are just gambling. Press a button and some tickets come out. Our kids lost all the money without earning enough tickets to buy even the cheapest toy. We mentioned our disappointment to the waitress who immediately got very unpleasant about it. The manager was called in. He gave me a long and aggressive monologue about how this is normal in the USA. The restaurant is in the Netherlands btw. He then insulted me in public and told us to leave. Not great. It's a wonderful place for kids aged from 2 till 7 in my opinion. Several pancake options to dine in. Kids can play indoors as well as outdoors. Every 30 mins a restaurant person operates a carousel, mini gaint wheel etc. The menu is a bit pricey but worth it as kids will have a great time. Family can easily spend 3-4 hours in no time.

Lots of fun. Pancakes were very enjoyable, and the kids loved playing there. Special mention for Nouri who really made an extra effort to ensure the little ones enjoyed themselves on the rides outside!

Great pancakes, even though it's a little pricey, but keeping in mind that it includes the access to the (small) fun fair connected to the restaurant, it seems fair. The rides and playground are clean and well maintained. There's only 1 employee that operates the rides, so you don't have the free choice of rides, which is a little odd. Service is okay. The employees seem a bit bored and fed up with their jobs, but they get your order right and quick.

Fantastic place to go with a 3 and 6 year old. Arrived at 3pm, played till hot and hungry, moved pannekoek time forwards, from 6 to 5, waitress jannie, we love you, you are so nice, and friendly. If in the whole world the staff would be so nice, it would be paradise.
