I have frequently visited this place for many years and overall have good experiences. I happened to try a new drink that I felt like had been made incorrectly. The lead on staff was super kind and promptly remade my drink without any complaint. Thank you Cindy (I believe that was her name) for your great service and attitude!!

Young gentleman taking my order wouldn't let me finish what I was ordering before saying what else can I get for you and I asked will you let me finish the I was ordering then you can ask me what else.. so I asked the young if he got my order right and I had to pull forward which was not a problem.... But when my order got to me it was wrong . So I asked for MOD and explained to her wat was going on. I wasn't looking for free food but I asked the gentleman twice at the speaker if he got everything I ordered you assured me he did and yet I had to wait another maybe 5 more minutes or so before I got what I was missing but I had to pay for it due to his mistake. Then came back for some milkshakes and MOD And the young man were talking about me while I'm at the window. Well if you're going to talk about me while I'm at the window at least you can come to the window and say sir I'm sorry for messing up your order earlier and then I'd have been okay with that I just didn't appreciate them talking about me with window closed.
