I honestly haven't came to sonic in a long time got a gift card for Christmas and all I have to say is what the hell happened to sonic the food got smaller and it tasted terrible I do understand its fast food but It shouldn't of been to my car after 3 minutes of ordering it when I got home like 5 min from the sonic it was so cold and the French fries tasted old and dipped in old oil I feel bad maybe I should of tipped I might of at least got warm food not ice cube food I won't be going back to this sonic that's the reason I stopped before thought maybe they would of gotten better but I was wrong it sad I had to give it a star just to let people know about how downhill this place has went i was so disappointed hell my kids eat anything and didn't even want to finish their food wasted money Lesson learned Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This franchise continues to have a difficult time locating employees with any resemblance of customer service.. could not get them to listen to my simple order, chili dog and a drink. The guy kept cutting me off and assuming what I wanted. I drove off. Service: 1

Drove in to have lunch. Ordered natural limeade, fries and hamburger. My husband had tater tots double cheeseburger and route 44. All were good tasting. We had fast service in less than 10 minutes our meals arrived. Our car hop was cheerful, helpful and provided very prompt services. Our drinks had come out flat, however the manager was quick to resolve such offering new drinks at no cost of either the same kind or completely different. Even after bringing our new drinks out he ensured they met our standards and offered either new drinks again or a refund if they didn't. They did! Highly recommend this sonic. Honestly one of the nicest and fastest experiences I’ve had at any sonic. We ordered online and waited less than 3min to get our food, the guy who delivered our food was named Qua, and gave us the best service we’ve had at any fast food restaurant even with the short interaction we had.
