Clients don't like ice cream at Sonic Drive-In. It's a pity, employees are inattentive as most guests mention. Service at this place is something one can name enjoyable. You will like adequate prices. Enjoy the calm atmosphere here. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

The Best Sonic Experience Ever! Took grandkids for ice cream on the way back home after a wknd visit, and found McDonald's ice cream machine down As Usual, Baskin Robbins CLOSED - though online it said open until 10 pm on Saturday and Sundays. Sonic was open until 11!!!! Bathroom hallway was locked, but employee was very friendly and opened it for us. I had forgotten my wallet, but thankfully you can download the app and place the order online, just have your pay info on you to do it. We were able to do that in the parking lot. App said should have been done with our 3 Master icecreams at 10:05, took about 15 minutes more, but so very much worth it! Our Server was the happiest and friendliest I've seen in Years! The ice cream was so Amazing! Almost as good as opening presents with every bite! Will definitely be a happy addition to our trip back home more often! Good reward too for good behavior ;). 10/10 will Definitely Do Again! Maybe even to take my daughter Today! ;) Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered an all American hot dog with no onions. I got my order with onions. When i refused it they brought me another hot dog. Instead of make a fresh order they picked the onions off and gave it back to me. Never going back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

15 minute wait at drive through window with no.response then another 15 minutes at the pull up at which point they deactivated the red button and I had to press it again. I'm committed at this point..... someone will by god take my order. Edit: On my third red button press now, someone is in there though, I have been told "just one moment" twice. Edit2: Arrived at 12:12, placed order at 12:52 received food at 12:55 Service: 1

Waited forever in the drive thru while it wasn't busy.. finally got our food pulled up to check our order, was missing our 5 year olds hot dog. So we pulled to a bay and let them know, waited 30 minutes until a lady walked out with food for someone else, told her we were still waiting on our daughters hot dog she said she would get it to us. Another 20 minutes roll by and by this time they're busy, we ended up just leaving because that's just ridiculous. We had been driving for 3 hours on our way back from the beach and she was hungry, we still have 2 hours to go so thanks for letting our daughter have to go even longer without food until we can find her something else she will eat.

Such BAD service...they had me waiting over 15 mins in the drive through line, and then stopped talking in the speaker and ignored everyone trying to talk to them in the speaker. I left but I listened to the person behind me have the same problem for over 5+mins before I drove away. So ridiculous. I drove up to the window, nobody was there. Not sure what was happening but 15+ is unacceptable. Service: 1

We stopped here for a quick lunch on a road trip. The bathrooms were disgusting and full of flies. They obviously have not been cleaned in a very long time. The workers were pretty blunt and rude. My wife ordered a wrap that literally just had a chicken strip and lettuce stuck inside. My son got a slushie, and it looked like a giant scoop of nerds so just been thrown on the top and sent out the window. I pulled in the drive-thru at 10:37 and waited until 10:45 for anybody to answer(this is after I backed up and went over sensor again to make sure they heard me). I was informed they was closed even though online states 11 and the door say 12 , I asked why they were closed if two different places say you’re open . He said it’s a lie & to have a good night . It's usually pretty fast service. The drive thru is usually not backed up. The food has been good each time I get something. Terrible food, and even worse service!! We waited a hour because they couldn’t get our order right. When they finally brought out the tender meal, our cinnasnacks wasn’t fully cooked. After spending $50 you’d think our order would’ve been correct and our food fully cooked!! I guess the workers were too busy talking to friends instead of paying attention to what the customers were ordering!!
