I Door Dash and am always delighted to come to this Sonic. Your staff does a wonderful job! You should be proud of your employees. The employees are friendly and quick to get orders completed. Hand made sign on window is super condescending and offensive to people who have been in the food industry for a long time and CAN do this job better than your current employees. I’m aloud to complain about something your employees HAVE DONE WRONG. The whole time I was there I didn’t receive a single smile. If you can’t do your job fast when you work in fast food and you don’t have basic customer service skills. Then YES. I have a problem and NO I won’t do it myself because I’ve surpassed working at a sonic. Your team doesn’t deserve the ego you’ve built for them.
