They need to learn how to properly thin out a milkshake when requested. I order a milkshake to drink. If I wanted to eat ice cream I would order an ice cream not a shake. It’s honestly annoying because it’s every time I order one.

Update 8/2/23: I tried to give Sonic in SALEM, MISSOURI another chance and tried their lunch special burger with onion rings and their half priced milkshakes. I ordered the combo double cheeseburger and onions with a Dr. Pepper, the second patty was burnt to a crisp AGAIN having been on the grill and drying out to the point of inedible so I had to remove the burnt burger patty JUST to be able to eat the rest of the burger but I couldn't as the burnt patty had left charcoal ash on the condiments in the bun and I finally had to give up and throw it away AGAIN! This is now the THIRD time I have been served a burnt, old burger that should have been THROWN away HOURS before! Yet, they continue to cheat customers out of their money!! This company has made NO attempt to correct this problem nor reimburse me the three double cheeseburgers I've been unable to eat and simply continue to ALLOW THEIR managers and employees to continue with this level of service obviously to make them the most PROFIT! As for the Dr. Pepper in the combo meal, they never gave me it!!! As for the onion rings, cold, DRIED OUT AND HARD AS A ROCK! The milk shakes came in the size ordered, in carrier cardboard holders but I didn't get what I ordered, what a shock! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS OWNER OR THIS CHAIN ANOTHER DIME BECAUSE ALL THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IS GETTING EVERY DIME FROM YOU. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD OR THEIR SERVICE! UPDATE 11/29/23: preordered, 4 Coney 1/4lb chili cheese foot long hotdogs with a sprite and the order wasn't ready for pickup at the requested time but it was correct and hot. Very apologetic server who also was very pleasant and professional.
