I changed my rating again. Every time I have gone there for a drink or food, I have not been helped at all. Everyone in the drive thru is helped right away, but those that are ordering in the stalls do not get helped. It's ridiculous. Shafter's Sonic is So unprofessional and unacceptable. I changed my rating because every since they ran out of lemonade last month, the strawberry lemonade has not been the same. They only fill the glass 1/2 way of ice, barely any strawberries and the lemonade taste like the powder kind now. If I'm going to spend $5 bucks on a drink, then It should be up to par that has me salivating until i return for another one. Not sure if all Sonic's are now like this, but the Shafter location is.
