They got my order wrong. I asked for an all American hot dog with NO Ketchup or relish and to keep the mustard and onions, and the person put the order down on the ticket correctly, but the person that made the food put A LOT of Ketchup and no mustard at all. There was only one other vehicle in the parking lot, but they did have a few in the drive thru so they weren't too busy. I was disappointed. Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We just drove 30 minutes and waited 20 minutes here and never got any service. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that we've been here and this happened. We won't be back. The sonic that had been near us closed, so we come this way anytime we get a craving, but we probably won't go to any sonic locations now. Service: 1

Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting 30 plus minutes for food. It’s amazing the screen asks for a tip, if this is how this place operates, they should probably just give up at this point.
