We frequently have enjoyed going to Sonic at least once a week. Over the past month, every week the food has gotten progressively worse. We never receive the correct order. Unfortunately, we have not checked our food until we got home. We love Sonic but we cannot continue to pay 25 bucks for the wrong food. Unsure if there is a lack of communication from the ticket to the grill or what. Tonight, I even confirmed our order at the window, just to be disappointed once again once we got home. First time going back after renovation. Ordered on the app but accidentally selected wrong stall that I was at. They fixed it quick and no problem! Drink came out fast and Kaname provided premier customer service! Really nice after a rough day that I was having… will definitely be back!

First time back at Sonic in quite some time. Complete waste of $20. Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches which were so greasy and flaccid they went directly in the garbage. Tater tots were cold and also waterlogged with grease. Mozzarella sticks were edible - we ate them and drove to Pizza Hut to obtain some real food. I stopped eating at Sonic two years ago because the stuff they were trying to pass off as food was so bad(not this location). We were passing by Sonic today and decided to give it another shot. We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, tots, and mozzarella sticks. Apparently they don't believe in cutting grilled cheese sandwiches here and the bread was soggy. The tots were ice cold. ☹️ The mozzarella sticks were hot and tasted good, but that was it. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Service was great. However, our order was partially incorrect. I ordered a Sonic burger with jalapenos and ketchup and mustard, no mayo and, when I got home with it, it had mayo, no ketchup and no mustard. Other than that, the order was good. I just hate mayo on my hamburger. Took the jalapenos off and shared it with the pooches, who had no problem with the mayo. All I ate was the tater tots. Everyone else enjoyed theirs.

This was the nastiest sandwich i ever ate. The bacon was so old and black not even fresh. If i could give no starts i would. The lettuce was bunch of stems. And the chicken was old as well. Just sorry for the amount of money you spend nowadays. And i work in the fast food industry so i Know what fresh looks like and what’s old. The cashier was awesome and nice. But that’s about it.
