I went to the drivethru at Sonic in Maricopa today for lunch and ordered the Footlong Quarter Pound Coney combo. It came with a footlong chili cheese hotdog, tater tots and a medium coke. The total cost of this meal was $10.10. There were three cars in front of me, but the staff served them pretty quickly, so my total wait time was not too bad. As I was one car away from the window, an employee stepped out the door with my food and took my payment. I pulled up to the window when the car in front of me drove away, and she handed me my change and receipt. The food was pretty good, except the first couple bites of the hot dog bun were cold, on the dry side and missing a chunk. The rest of the bun was ok, but torn in a couple places. My best guess is that this bun was not very fresh, causing it to tear when they tried to open it up to place the hotdog, chili and cheese inside. The tots were still hot and crispy when I got home. The place was clean and the service was superb... But my Jr chili cheese frito was not what I was expecting. I get it all the time but it felt like it was skimped and incorrect proportions. The sundae was yummy tho 😊. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Literally just left from there and ordered the no. 3 large and it’s disappointing that you all thought it was ok to give me some old fries re-dipped in grease and didn’t think I would notice smh. My visit to Sonic Drive-In left me with mixed feelings. The service was rather disappointing as the person taking my order paused midway to deliver meals, leaving me waiting. I understand the drive-through can get busy, but it was a frustrating delay. The overall atmosphere of the place was just okay—nothing exceptional. While the food might hit the spot, the service experience at Sonic could use some improvement. 40 minute wait for 3 kids meals. I ordered 20 minutes in advance while stuck in traffic, still had to wait 40 minutes after checking in, and on top of that, I still had to go back inside to fix the order. Absolutely ridiculous. What should have been a convenience to make my night easier ended making a bigger delay and even more hectic night. This isn't the first time this has happened either. It seems I'm just paying to waste my time on cold food. I love Sonics, but the service just makes it not worth it anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single time we get ice cream from sonic they never blend it correctly or at all. Sometimes you take two bites and at the bottom it’s all vanilla ice cream what the heck sonic it’s not that hard to blend ice cream are used to work in fast food it takes not even a minute And every time I pick up my order I asked him really nicely if they can make sure it’s blended thoroughly and it never is and on top of that I pay for the extra toppings and they never seem to find the way in my cup 😒🫨 Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food is fine, service is fine, but the language you hear the boys in the back use with the carhops is disgusting. Calling them names and yelling at them. Needs to be address by management. I wish I could comment on the food, but I can't because we patiently sat in the parking stall for over 10 minutes while waiting for someone to simply respond to us after pushing the order button. The drive thru and parking stalls were empty. We witnessed two people get their food and leave so I thought we would be hearing someone on the other end of the line not long afterward, but instead.. crickets. We waited over 10 minutes after pressing the order button, and the screen said the call went through. This was at 8pm no less and there was nobody else parked or in the drive thru. We ended up leaving. There are plenty of other options in town for a shake. Service: 1

Our last visit was awful. Ordered on the app and went to pick up, got all our items. We ordered 3 plain cheeseburgers and they all were...but it's like they intentionally put lettuce and chopped onions under and in all the wrappers. I could excuse one but ALL 3 seems intentional. Sonic is a great place to stop for cool drinks and tasty food. After a hard, stressful day Sonic allows me to relax in a peaceful environment. Pleasant staff got my crazy order right. I like my burger without bread. My family likes the shakes and fries. My daughter enjoyed the boneless wings. Good job Sonic. Thank you
