Went to drive - thru ordered a double meat double cheese and order of onion rings. Got home and only got a single meat. Had to go back and they asked me if ai brought back the other burger I said no. I asked for my inconvenience if the could give me an order of onion rings and she said no. She said she was a manager . She sure did not act like one. That happened today. First time I went by I was in line and 2cars were in back of me the got there order first. When I order my food it didn’t come out the way I said it which was mayonnaise lettuce pickles and ketchup, I told them no cheese which they put it on and tomato. And they didn’t put the mayonnaise on it too. The line takes forever and there card machine scratches up my card please fix it. I went to Sonic today and my goodness they were sooooooo busy at lunch. I had no problem placing my order and the food came out quickly even as busy as they were and hot and fresh. Now let me tell you, those pickle fried l fries are the absolute bomb!!! I should have ordered a large. They are that good!!!! I didn't get the Ranch with them, but honestly they were good without it, so no complaints. Just good hot food today!!! WTG!!! SONIC!!! AND REMEMBER- PICKLE FRIES! PICKLE FRIES! PICKLE FRIES!! YUM! YUM! YUM-MYYYYY!!! "UPDATE" I went back and asked for Valerie. She came out, and I placed my order with her. If good comes out like that all the time, you bet I'll be back. Everything was hot and fresh, and the cheese was melted. Very, very good. And the waitress I had was sooooooo sweet. Bless her heart. She was so appreciative of the only thing I had at the time. 1.00 Y'all show your car hops you appreciate them by giving them a tip. It's not incorporated in your ticket, and they still serve you by bringing your food with a smile. I have to give kudos to Sonic and their super quick response. They were persistent to get ahold of me to handle this situation. It wasn't about getting something for free but addressing the problem. I spoke to Brian, and he was completely understanding and concerned. That was all I was asking and needed to know that Sonic truly cares about their customers. I wasn't brushed under the table. Thank you so much, Brian!!! 💓 I have your number and will try that specific Sonic again!!! Thank you for reaching out. It meant the world in businesses today!!! This is the absolute worst food I have ever gotten from Sonic. I got a chili cheese dog. The hot dog was shriveled, and the bread was stale. I also got a #1 cheeseburger. It was cold, the cheese not melted, and the burger was dry. It also tasted funny. The tator tots were warm, but the chocolate shake was wonderful. Needless to say, against my better judgment, I hadn't eaten all day and ate the food. A short time later, I started feeling sick, spending my time hugging the commode. Never again will I go to that Sonic. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart, ending with "Happy Friday, very pleased to meet you." Ordered bacon egg and cheese burrito and large drink. Even gave the girl a 2.70 cent tip. Not to sound cheap, but was not 10 dollars well spent. Drive off, bite of burrito and it’s definitely not what I ordered. We now live in Bryan, but I guess the drive back to College Station will be where we will have to go. I visited the Sonic at 2400 briarcrest in Bryan on Tuesday August 8 and Friday August 11. Each time I ordered a Route 44 Mango Slush with added Diet Cherry. The first visit on August 8 at 5:15pm the employee at the drive thru speaker proceeded to say that the diet cherry wouldn’t matter because the mango is all sugar. I am not ordering it for non sugar reasons. I just like the flavor combination and I like diet cherry better than regular cherry. I told the employee it doesn’t matter I want to order my drink as is. The second visit on August 11 around 4:20pm I ordered the same drink. A Route 44 Mango slush with Diet Cherry. This time I was told they couldn’t make that the drink at all because it would be all sugar. Are you serious?? I explained I order this slush all the time from Sonic on doordash and also at my regular location and no one gives me a hard time about it. I stated I know the drink can be made it’s just combining the syrups. Finally after about a 5 minute hassle and going back and forth the employee rung up the drink. But after consuming the beverage I didn’t taste the mango like usual. It’s not a Sonic’s employees job to first tell a customer what they can or cannot order if it’s something that is available on the menu. I never once asked about sugar content so it was not the her job to flat out lie and say that they couldn’t make a drink with Diet Cherry because the Mango has sugar. So what?? I go to Starbucks and order a White Mocha with Sugar Free Vanilla all the time. I know the White Mocha has sugar. It’s the flavor combo that I have grown accustomed to. I’m a regular customer but will probably start going to the other locations. Guy taking orders was extremely rude and had to repeat my order 3-4 times, and it still was wrong when I got to the window. Not only that, when I mentioned this to the nice lady at the window, another guy started to yell stuff as he walked by our car (because she told everyone I said something ). Not a lot of cheese to be called a cheese burger. You will have to look for it. But the patty is bigger than the bun. This is a good sandwich.
