Ordered through the app and once i get there, i park in a stall and the screen says someone is on their way. I waited like 20 minutes and nothing. So i press the button and tell them my situation. 2 minutes later a girl comes and my order is wrong. Literally ordered 3 small items. I just left bc if i say it’s wrong then i would have to wait even longer. Not coming back. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Sonic food and come to this place often. The food is good here just like all Sonics, but this place will get your order wrong EVERY single time. I just don't understand it. Instead of ordering what you want you should just tell them to surprise you with whatever they want to give you because in the end that's exactly what you will get EVERY single time.

I didn’t even get my food I ordered and when I made a joke that my drink was wrong the girl got an attitude and ignored me the rest of the time. I work in customer service and when someone gives you a problem you don’t ignore them especially if they’re spending money at your establishment. I will never ever come to this sonic ever again and I will gladly tell everyone not to come here ever again until they close down for good. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The quality and service here has gone down so much at this location. Ordered two menu burgers with only a single change to each (one no mayo, add mustard and one extra pickles) and they ended up giving us 3 burgers and none of them were remotely close to what we ordered even though the rest of the order was correct. SuperSonic bacon double was the no mayo and Sonic cheeseburger atw extra pickle was the other. Bacon double had only bacon and cheese and nothing else. Both of the other burgers had gobs of ketchup and mayo, no onions and 2 pickles each with barely a pinch of very wilted lettuce and extremely mushy tomatoes. All burgers were cold and the rest of the food was barely warm when I got it to the house from a less than 5 minute drive without the car a/c running. Every time we've got food from this location something is wrong and we never complain to them because they just offer to remake it. I'm not going back out for a remake and by the time we decide to get sonic again they've got a "different manager" so I can't even get a remake then. We've decided we're just not going to use this location anymore and go to the one in laporte instead. They're always on point there. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I came through around 9:15 pm tonight through the drive thru. Ordered a #7 combo the footlong no hot dog just chili cheese and onion, fries and a slush. I waited patiently as I know how fast food can get but when I got home I was very upset to see my meal thrown together. Please view picture attached and that’s I feel is enough said.. stale fries. There were no mints no napkins and no ketchup in the bag previously being a sonic manager this is unacceptable please contact me when you have the chance, I’ll be waiting for your response. I feel like all I can do is complain here. Ordered through APP, just a drink. They closed out my order in the APP, never a good sign. Waited ten plus minutes then called the manager’s number on the stall, another bad sign. (You only need that if it gets asked for a lot) Then they brought out the wrong drink and told me that is what I ordered. So I showed them the order on my app, the one they closed out early. So they speed close the order to make it look like they have fast service. They do not. Also stupid me left a tip in the APP before I got anything. Just avoid this one. Food is good but orders aren’t always consistent. Staff is friendly but could be more consistent. Best times to visit here when they’re not slammed. So right after lunch or after 8 pm. Be sure to ask for napkins or you may not get any. Check your orders to make sure they got it all, before you drive off (made that mistake a few times).
