when we come here in the daytime, the food and service is great but we came at night and the crew there is not it. when we received our order we got someone else’s large soda instead of a small slushie. on top of that the milkshake we ordered was overflowing into the front seat cup holder. absolutely ridiculous, and the cup of soda we received on accident was pretty flimsy so we ended up spilling it everywhere. i know mistakes happen but cmon man. icing on the cake is when the person who brought our food out asked if we wanted the soda back as it was spilling in her hands too 😑 food was okay but service was dreadful Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come to this sonic several times a week, and the service gets worse each time. The same girl is rude every time, and when she brings the food to the car she tosses it at you and says "here". I pay with my card and always tip generously. Today was the last time I'll ever spend my money at this Sonic. I'll give my hard earned dollars to a restaurant that doesn't allow their staff to consistently be rude to customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is as by far the worst food I have ever gotten I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito. There was no sausage no liquid cheese. This sonic is so sorry!!I pull up to the drive thru at around 10:58 ish, One of the workers was sitting outside and didn't even say there were closed she just starred at me.While I pushed the button after sitting there 10 mins after realizing they were closed.Poor customer service!! Waited thirty minutes for two drinks that we did not receive, I contacted them again and we still never received our drinks. I went inside and they said they came out and there was no vehicle there to give the drinks to. Absolute cluster in there. 10/10 do not recommend! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would not trust the employees with caring how they prepare the food and drinks. I have been picking up the plastic gloves for weeks now in their parking lot. Must not have enough trashcans when they get off work. I spoke to someone about it last week and asked if they use the gloves I found shattered in a parking area. It's not where the guests park. It is where the employees park. Someone just throws them on the ground after their shift. I asked for a manager but she asked why and I told her why and all she did is walked inside and yelled some things as I left. I thought she will let the manager know someone is trashing our streets with plastic. Update today 8-15-22. Think they are mocking me now.

Our 13 year wanted a jammie night so I called the manager at this location and she was nice enough to put his name on the board out front. Very good food and server even gave birthday boy a gift! Awesome experience and thank you!
