Came to this location on 12/6/23 at 3:11pm. The gentleman that worked there was exceptional! Greeted us right away, chatted woth us and said the food would be done in 10-15 minutes. I waited in my car on break from work and he actually brought out my food to my car window and delivered it us with plates and napkins. Outstanding customer service. This guy went above and beyond! After 2 phone call 1+20 mins I said refund my money. The manager, not a manager at all but an immature little girl , threatened to take me off the delivery list. I will NEVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM SNAPPY AGAIN!! That’s NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS SWEETHEART!!! District manager will be called also!! BTW. Pizza shows up 1+45mins later.
