We met Tia after the Charleston Beer Fest in September 2023. Tia was so kind and we were so excited to try the red velvet cheesecake cupcakes. They were amazing!! The cupcakes have the perfect amount of cheesecake filling and cream cheese frosting, and the cupcake was moist with the perfect amount of sweetness. We would highly recommend these cupcakes, thank you Tia!!

I bought a red velvet cupcake from Smilin' Sweets at a booth in a farmer's market. What a really wonderful cupcake! It was delicious, moist, and dense with a firm texture that held its shape. Yes, it made ne smile. I recommend and would buy more at the next opportunity.

We purchased one of these delicious cupcakes at the Charleston City Market last Saturday. The young lady working the table was so sweet! She just gave off a happy and fun vibe that made it hard to walk away and not buy from her. I'm glad we did! The cupcake was pretty awesome. It's got a true traditional Red Velvet taste complimented by a perfect cream cheese frosting. If you're walking the Charleston City Market and you see Smilin Sweets, I highly recommend trying these cupcakes.

Hands down the best red velvet cupcake I’ve ever eaten!! The cake, filling and texture were perfect! The owners are radiate such positive energy, if you see smilin sweets stop by it will put a big smile on your face! I wish I had a picture to post but my fiancé and I ate the cupcake so fast!!
