All in all great place, good food. I went to the store and the same person that helped me at the register removed my number. I thought that was odd since the restaurant was empty. The FOH staff is very kind at this location but the cooks in the back do not understand what proper portion sizes are. I’m vegan and had to heavily modify a burger that I was already paying $12 for, so I paid extra for mushrooms on it. I received a laughably small amount for the $1.17 it was worth. Three little slivers of mushrooms on a burger. It wasn’t even a busy lunch rush at the time so there’s no excuse in my mind. Customers are not going to come back to locations that are stingy with already expensive food items. Sincerely, a hungry mushroom lover Price per person $10–20

Nelly, Nelly. Nelly. Wonderful lady that greets you at the door and makes you glad you showed up! So nice and able to get your order and get it done correctly. The sheer horror on my face while reading some of these reviews… This store is the best smashburger I’ve been to in the entire state of New York. All the workers greet me with a smile, even when it’s busy or if they look tired. My orders have never been taken wrong. The food is excellent, the only complaint I have is that the smashtots are a little oily for my liking, but unlike some people here, I actually understand that not every single little detail has to cater to me, so I just absorb the oil with a napkin. Whoever actually gives this place a low rating has got to be looking for problems on purpose Obviously if it’s busy, your food might come a bit late, some of y’all have never worked in the food industry. Not everything will be how you want to the exact atom, it shows your entitlement when you leave negative reviews like that. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a good hangout spot, the shakes are always on point. My brothers and I have been dining here over the last couple years, the food, service and cleanliness are excellent. One time, we had a group of nine, and we placed our order, and it was timely served. However, one-quarter of the order was wrong. We asked and spoke to the manager.
