I walked in and there were a couple of college kids with a big dog (maybe a golden retriever?) in this establishment that serves food and/or drinks. I'm not exactly sure what kind of dog it was, because I'm allergic to them, which is why I couldn't stay in there. But I'm also pretty sure that violates health code to have pets inside an establishment where food and/or beverages are served. I took a picture and will be sending it to the health department. Atmosphere: 1
