The server only came to the table 3 times the whole dinner, no drink refills with out us asking, tried to put the plates down on the table when there was no room for our food which included a $90 dollar king crab leg dinner on a dirty table from the salads, bread, apps, we had to ask if he would clean the table before serving. The worst part of the whole experience was the bill. IN BIG BOLD LETTERS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BILL SAID 20% GRATUITY SUGGESTED. Upon further investigation they had already charged us "20% service charge" which is already included on the bill, so in reality they are expecting a 40 % gratuity for decent food and HORRIBLE service. I know including the gratuity is more common now a days but they should be posting signs and telling you about this as you enter the building or on the menu. I feel like they were purposely hiding this and trying to double dip. I am a great tipper but I firmly believe the tip should be placed upon the service recieved. So I feel we were neglected as he knew the tip was forced upon us. It's just hard to believe on a simple dinner they are suggesting a 40% tip and not making it a great dining experience. I have been a customer for over 40 years and it's definitely going to cause me to think twice about going back. If you don't know ask somebody. It's a family owned and run restaurant with some of if not the best sea food dishes around along with delicious steak! Great dining experience all around. One of my favorite places in the city to eat at. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We did the catch & cook with our day's catch of walleye and it was fantastic! The fries are seasoned to perfection! The fish can be prepared three different ways, they were all great!
