The owners are beautiful people, they welcome you soon as you come in. I've had two birthday parties there and both of them were awesome. There is plenty of parking, always clean inside great atmosphere, gorgeous bathrooms, dance floor, VIP seating, a backdrop for taking pictures, casino machines, not to mention the drinks are going on. I feel like family when I go there. Good place to clear your head. Enjoy music dance whatever your choice is it's there. . If you're thinking about having a party, you can also have food catered from them and it is delicious. Always a good Friendly crowd. What more can I say I love Signature sports bar and lounge, it's the place to be.

The space is nice and okay to visit when they are open, but would not recommend renting for events. Owners not very professional when renting. We rented the location for a party and when we arrived, they had their own guests inside already and when we complained they did not ask them to leave. The lot is too small for a party and there is no street parking. Their guests took up needed parking space. The owner was deceitful about the parking and offered additional parking on another business's lot. We learned late that he did not have permission to do so. So we had to work with the other business owner. We were charged a refundable cleanup fee, but we were expected to take the garbage out. There is no access to the kitchen and something is wrong with the plumbing in the ladies bathroom; there was a very unpleasant smell.
