Updating my review from 5 years ago, it is currently 2024. This place has gone significantly down hill. The class is absolutely gone. The food quality is bad. The amazing employees that my family grew close with are gone. Change is not always good my friends, especially when when you're substituting class for cheap. Basically a glorified Red Lobster or Applebee's now. Old review: My parents have been members here for a long time and every time I dine with them I have an amazing experience. I have not once had an issue during my experience. In all of the times my mother has visited, she has had a slight problem one time and it was corrected immediately. The food is always amazing. I HIGHLY recommend the chicken parmesan and for dessert, the chocolate mousse. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

There for a large event. They were not prepared for it at all. Not enough staff. Only had one keg of the popular beer for the event and ran out in first half hour. Food took about 3 hours to come out. Not even the full order. What came out wasn't hot. Rest of the order was possibly going to take another twenty minutes before it would come out. We went for the Ceilidh on the 24th of February, they had plenty of time to plan for it, we counted 4 wait staff serving 350 people. We at down at 5:45 pm it wasn't till 9:15 pm that we were asked if we wanted to order. The poor waitress and waiters were overwhelmed and it was the fault of the restaurant. The Entertainment was excellent which the chop house had nothing to do with. I would never in this life time go back. People were leaving. It was freezing in there . We didn't even get served water. They ran out of beer actually had to go across the street to Krogers to buy more. Very poorly run. We ended up going to Wendy's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
