You will enjoy its food, especially nicely cooked pork, chicken sandwiches and nacho chips. Many guests come to degust good Brezeln. Try the delicious draft beer, craft beer or cider offered here. The energetic waitstaff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this bar is something one can call enjoyable. Guests appreciate the chance to enjoy the fireplace which is cute. 4.5 is what Short Or Tall got from the Google rating system.

I want to love this place because the service is great, and the atmosphere is nice. However, the food just misses the mark. We made our third visit, and despite trying various things on the menu, the food just isn’t good. The burgers are dry and overcooked. The specialty fries are seasoned poorly, the seasoning settles to the bottom and doesn’t season the fries themselves. The kids Mac looks like it has solidified sitting out for quite a while, and my mac and cheese obsessed kids wouldn’t touch it. The BLT salad did not have bacon on it (I could have whipped up a home salad kit for a more deluxe salad). The beer selection is great, but the beer isn’t cold. From previous visits we tried apps that were on par with Apple Bees. It bums me out because this place could be great. We want to love it, hence why we’ve made a few attempts at dining here, but at this point it’s just disappointing. Three strikes and we’re out. The bartender hates his job and sulks his way around the bar, complaining about people. (Minnesota, nice thing, I guess). It is generally a cold, phony aire amongst him and the servers as well. Cool place, food is good, love the 80's hair videos but needs a new, energetic, friendly crew. If they dont like their jobs, they should just quit and go serve somewhere else. This is a laid back customer friendly establishment. They have a wide selection of beers ale and ciders and specialty beers all on tap. Food came out quick and was awesome. If your looking for a place to just relax and enjoy yourself or bring friends and have an amazing experience this is the place. This is a gem right off 94 and 101 in Rogers. It’s such a versatile space with inside and outside seating. Best spot is at the bar. Ellie is an amazing server! She is super attentive and always has great recommendations. The burgers are amazing, personally I like the Aloha from HAWAII burger. Great local spot or if you’re just passing through! This was the closest to our hotel. It looked promising after a long day of off site work training. Wasn't expecting much but wasn't expecting this "chili" The wings weren't very mango or habanero but they were head and shoulders above the chili. My wife's salad was pretty good but nothing spectacular.. Back to the chili: Maybe my Midwest definition of chili isn't accurate but I've never seen anything like this. If it was a burger topping, okay.. but as a standalone cup of chili, I was sorely disappointed. SORELY. The fruit bowl wasn't very good either... Lemony looking oranges and grapes, that are only so in name and not in taste... All jokes aside, it's average food at above average prices. my flight of ciders was very good and a fair price, the french fries were SO GOOD, and I got the sriracha salmon sandwich (i did not think it was good but i think maybe if i had ordered something else it would’ve been okay! i’m not sure salmon belongs on sandwiches so that’s definitely my fault) but i loved the environment!!! and our server was very nice and knowledgeable and attentive! we were a little needy and asking a lot of questions and she was fast to answer them and patient!! Stopped in for lunch after taking the dog to the Crow Hassan dog park. Abby was a great waitress and the atmosphere was wonderful! The food not only tasted great but was great portions. I got the 11.50$ lunch combo with a side of soup. I ate half my cheeseburger wrap and all the beer cheese soup and I'll have the other half and cookie later. Add in 3$ pints of MN beer and I'm in heaven. My wife got the octoberfest pork schnitzel sandwich that was pounded thin, delicious, and still moist! (That's no easy task). Great stop! I felt very welcome by the staff, they are friendly and happy. The locals couldn't stop staring at me, but it's understandable since I'm from outer space. The food was very delicious, especially the chicken sandwich sliders. This was our first trip to Short or Tall. Mike greeted us promptly and had us seated quickly. Amber got us our menu and drinks. She checked on us several times and refilled our drinks. Food was awesome! The beer choices were phenomenal and made picking just one for lunch hard!🤣 so we'll be back!!!
