I really didn't like this restaurant. It's buffet didn't offer enough choices for breakfast. We went at 9 on a Sunday morning. The eggs were disgusting the potatoes lacked any flavor. Our server was very patient with our children and did an excellent job keeping cups filled and all. She never stopped attending to her customers at every table! The bathrooms were clean as well as the buffet and dining area. The buffet was good but not what I remember from visits to Shoneys in the past. I went to the Sevierville location and Anne was the most amazing waitress ever!!! Please keep her on and give her a raise!!! This sweet woman is raising her grand children and working her butt off to make sure they are taken care of!! Thank you for having amazing people like her on staff!!! I want to say thank you to Anne for the amazing Southern Hospitality that I haven’t seen in years, she’s the sweetest and most professional waitress I have met in years. My partner and I enjoyed our meal and were so happy how we were treated while being there. Anne definitely helped us finish our vacation off on a positive note. We got there at 10:00, and got the breakfast bar. The scramble eggs were dry, bacon was limp and chewy, sausage patties were a little dry and hard around the edges.
