Sushi is fresh, enjoyed everything we ordered. The server was very nice and kind to us. Haven’t been here since we moved out of Havertown in 2019, but they also renovated inside. Glad we stopped in again!

I visited Shogun 3 for my dad's birthday with a group of 7. Dad was excited for his first hibachi show, and we were happily watching the older chef cook for 2 other tables. While the younger hibachi chef cooked extremely quickly, we were disappointed by the lack of entertainment and interaction - no food toss into mouth, no egg juggling, the onion fire lasted only a second, any any of the normal gimmicks. It felt incredibly rushed and was just him cooking on a flat top. One order our Shogun Special order was incomplete. The waitress wrote it down correctly on the slip. After i pointed out we were missing an order, chicken and 3 shrimps were added. After everyone received their meals, I realized the steak was missing for the Shogun Special & had to point this out again. Towards the end, my brother's steak was cooked after we had mostly finished eating, causing him to box his food. The experience fell disappointingly short for the $306 (w. Tip) we spent, and we were hoping for more flair and fun in the performance.

Such a beautiful place, magnificent and delicious food and friendly and wonderful service.
The best thing there in my opinion is the hibachi performance.
The chefs are such professionals, and the way they cook your food in front of you is so beautiful and cool.

Chicken and Steak Hibachi
The food is prepared well. It was rather bland but still tasted good. The service was attentive and pleasant. I like this restaurant because it has potential for parties, small gatherings and it can also be very intimate. Fresh sushi, quality of the seafood could have been better but over we were satisfied.
