The 1st time i went, everything was good! This last time i went, it was horrible. I was standing in line with my grandsons and another worker walked up and over looked me i guess cuz my grandkids are mixed, and helped the person behind me. Then when i did get my order taken, i seen i was being charged more than the proces showed. When i asked about it, neither of the 2 employees knew why and didnt offer to get the manager. I'm not mad about my food. I had ordered online because I have lost my voice and I'm sick with a fever (I even was wearing a mask during interaction at drive through). An employee opens the window and yells at me that I should've gone inside and to the counter after I had said I made a mobile order. I already had tipped. It's 10 in the morning, so they were not busy. From the reviews I'm seeing, I'm sure it was the same woman. I was very upset and wanted to go in just to complain about her customer service and the fact I am sick and went through drive through to keep them safe, but again I'm sick so I didn't.
