Placed an order for some of my elementary students a day prior. 2 gentleman in the store made sure my babies were well cared for. Amazing service, very kind and professional. The store is beautiful and very clean all the way around. Best service in the area! ♥️♥️

Poor customer service! I used the drive through and when the woman came to the window I said hi how are you, no response. I gave my order but then she asked if I wanted the rest glazed. She wasn't listening! I open my order and it WRONG! This is the last time I ever go to any Shipleys!!! Overrated!!

Guy working the counter was super friendly and gave me the full rundown on all the new kolache flavors I hadn’t tried yet. Clean location with fast and great service!
