CASHIER REAGAN was "intentionally" RUDE today! Approaching the register, I said, "Hello."; and her response was to look away in DISGUST... I then casually said, "How are you?", to which she replied, with what sounded to me, like an abrupt GRUNT! After the transaction, I gave her the opportunity to redeem herself, by politely saying, "Thank you. Have a good day!" - to which her response was, silent, as far as "words" go - though she made an OBVIOUS statement, by SHOOTING ME A DIRTY LOOK, AND ROLLING HER EYES!
WHY, Reagan? (We don't have any negative history, as I have never met you before!) I was nothing but a New customer - and a "polite" customer, at that! Why, REAGAN, did you feel the need, to try to spoil somebody's day???
The other employees there, seem to be civilized, and I was actually somewhat impressed by this particular Shell gas station, immediately PRIOR to meeting you! (Wish I would have gotten the other cashier!)
To the franchise owner: Please reconsider employing someone, who not only refuses to provide your customers with decent customer service; but in addition to that; someone who will literally DRIVE AWAY new customers! REAGAN is obviously a "problematic" employee...
If it was not for REAGAN, I would have probably rated your gas station, four or five stars! And just in case you're not aware, Google Maps, statistically these days, has a *major" impact, on whether or not people will stop at your establishment! And the numbers are growing!
So lastly, to those who need to make a pit stop' PLEASE CONSIDER, THERE ARE SEVERAL ALTERNATIVES, LOCATED, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE SHELL!
