Another sheets another totally mediocre experience. First of all their coffee is horrendous. And why is the smallest size 16 oz? I don't want a 16 oz coffee. But I drink tea and I prefer a 12 oz or smaller. That is the proper amount of water for a tea bag. But it really doesn't matter because the T selection you have is worse than that at a Holiday Inn. Farmer brothers? really?

I’ve read some of the recent one-star reviews indicating long wait time for food and that the staff is horrible. I come here from time to time and order burritos on the touch screen. No matter how busy they are, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for food. Staff is always friendly… and this is going at completely random times, a few times per month. I’m certainly not a Sheetz advocate, or employee, but I guess I’m not experiencing what so many others are. Lol.

the worst sheetz I have ever been to. hour wait for food. 2x I went there ans canceled my order. they prioritize door dash customers over in store. we're 32 orders backed up. avoid at all costs.

Parking lot too small for larger extended pickups or vehicles with trailers! Had to circle around twice to find an open gas pump. Went around the drive tru twice to get to the other side of the lot.Yes, a Saturday morning in November, but the turns are so tight there is barely enough room to pass each other. Then there is the traffic coming into and out of the parking lot! Space is at a premium. Had to even tell the lady in the car in front of me to move forward since she was clearly done at the pump. When backing up you do not have much space before the pumps. I parked on side due to the size of my truck, but there are only a few bigger parking spots. Bad design for a busy place!
