I've been wanting to try shawarma for a while now, and I'm glad I checked out Sheesh Kitchen for that. I got food for my whole family. For a lot of fresh quality food, I'd say it was worth every penny. I'll definitely eat here again, my favorite wrap was actually the lamb/beef combo, it's amazing. I had my first visit to Sheesh Kitchen a few weeks ago, and the food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and satisfaction. However, my recent visit yesterday left me disappointed. The sheesh bowl had very little rice and an overwhelming amount of veggies, resulting in an imbalanced and less enjoyable meal. I hope they can maintain the consistency in their food quality for a more satisfying experience in the future. I loved the Chicken Shawarma at this restaurant! The garlic sauce was amazing, and the wrap was made perfectly. I chose to have my wrap made with Saj bread. You can also choose Pita bread. This was great gyro, much less expensive than Halal guys. Meat was a little dry but for the price it is great! The service and employees were super friendly and helped us order. This is my 2nd time eating here. The first time, I had their gyro bowl with Greek salad and it was pretty good. This time I wanted to try the gyro sandwich and when I opened the sandwich up to look at the meat because it didn’t taste fully cooked, it wasn’t. This was a disappointment. Didn't know about this place til I searched for the Mediterranean in the area! I wanted a Gyro sandwich and this was the most affordable choice! Surprised to hear it's been around for a year +, so I have some catching up to do! The sandwich was delicious and very generous with their meat, the box presentation is great and the meal was complete with fries, veggies and a drink. Service was nice and friendly, busy and bright atmosphere inside on a Friday night! Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! I like the food. Good ingredients, clean premises and quick service. But I would love it if they were more generous with their sauces. While the shawarma isn't as filling as the one you can get at, say, Fadi's, the bowls (Sheesh & Greek Salad) felt like better options. They could work slightly on their customer friendliness. Sure, you will be greeted with a "Welcome to Sheesh!" but pretty mechanical & disingenuous. Small things like answering before you finish your question - gives off more of a New York impatience vibe (if you know what I mean). I found myself without dinner plans and wanted to try a new place. I found Sheesh in a routine search and liked the menu and pictures. Ordered the bowl with a Greek salad base and shaved beef. Also got a side of hummus as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was exactly as ordered, flavorful, great texture and good temperature. UPDATE: I try to eat here once every two/three weeks cause it's that good. Please, if you haven't already come here, support local businesses and eat great food. I know it sounds cliche, but this place is really good. Everything from the food, the plating, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer service.
