Oh wow the staff was very friendly and they seem to enjoy working here. Their energy provided a great atmosphere. I thought their new Korean menu was pretty decent but definitely their originals were better. Poorly trained staff, mediocre food, and tables not cleaned well after guests leave... My first experience at any shake shack. Bummer, I had high hopes! And the fries were not good either? I had the hot chicken sandwich and my husband had a double bacon cheese burger. What a treat! They were extremely busy and the staff worked together flawlessly to put out every order. Would go again. Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been here a few times and glad there is one nearby. Can do without the Shack Sauce. Recent visit today is for National Cheeseburger Day so have to spend it at one of the best burger chains. Came around 7pm and it was a bit busy. Service may be slow but they do make the burgers to order. They have kiosks near the registers but I'd rather order with a one of the cashier staff. Pictured here is a ShackBurger with Bacon as a Lettuce Wrap ( my go-to order), Double ShackBurger, and customized ShackBurger (well done) with Cherry Peppers (key ingredient!) and Sliced Onions.
