Newly opened store but could use some attention. The bathrooms could be cleaner and were out of paper. The dining area was empty but there were dirty tables. The food was fresh and fast, tasted and looked good. The blonde girl who took our order ( no name tag, couldn’t get the name) was curt with us as soon as we walked up. We felt awkward and rushed to put in our order. The menu items and prices are great, the store also has a nice atmosphere but service is lacking. On the weekend this store is not busy because this is more of a business area. That makes bringing your family here on the weekend a low stress, great food environment. Very helpful staff along with Shlotzsky's typically well made sandwichs makes this location a winner for me! I'm all over the menu on orders and these folks will fully customize your sandwich. This salad was not worth $8.99. I've had larger side salads. It would have been ok with chicken but it didn't have any. Won't even discuss husbands soup. Service was good that's why I gave them 1 star. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I continue to experience problems with the app, they’ve lost some of my business because of it. It won’t go past the tip portion unless you say no tip, which isn’t right.
