Samba is fantastic. All of the meat was sooo good and the salad bar was also fantastic. They label everything on the salad bar with tags saying what it is and a gf for gluten free which is wonderful!! They also label df for dairy free I believe too. We got a bottle of wine while waiting for our table and the bartender carried ot upstairs for us when we were seated which was great. The grilled Pineapple is a MUST! The service was great, as soon as we flipped our thing to green people were there quickly with meat. I drove here from Pennsylvania to celebrate my brothers birthday, they were booked out for the entire night and the hostess managed to get us a table, she went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her efforts. She had no idea I made that 13hr drive for this occasion just to eat at this establishment with my family who lives in Madison. The server was great and the food was amazing. Keep up the good work, I’d always chose this place for dinner hands down, it’s worth the drive if your visiting from out of town. My husband and I came here for my birthday dinner. I’m pregnant and was worried about asking for more well done cuts of meat. I mentioned it to one person, and everyone after that offered me well done cuts of all of their meats. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend it enough!! I've been coming to Samba monthly for the last few years and they continue to be one of my favorite spots in Madison. Over time, I've gotten to know some of the folks there and them recognizing me really makes all the difference in my experience.
