I have always ordered my kids cakes from Sam’s for the last 14 years. I have never been disappointed until this weekend. 1. I picked up the cake and it was missing part of the decoration so she had to go find me a bag of the items. 2. The picture was tiny when the advertised picture was the entire cake. It also had wrinkles in it from where they put the transfer picture on. I assumed the words would have been written in icing (never know now that you have to order on the app you can’t put any specifics) but it was tiny print on. Luckily my 8yr old didn’t care and I love the prices of Sam’s. However this cake should not be advertised if the bakery cannot fulfill the design. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
