I got a surprise bag and they were definitely not kidding when they told me I will be getting over a dozen of fresh bagels! Staff were friendly, great service but the place itself seems like it could use some TLC. So far the bagels that we had were delicious, thanks again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Today, I visited this business for the third time. During my first two visits I found that the breakfast sandwich was prepared with what appeared to be undercooked bacon after driving away. I returned for my second visit and placed the same order. I made the owner who was present aware of what appeared to be undercooked pork / bacon during my first visit.. He assured me that it would be corrected. I returned today and again placed the same order. Unfortunately, I trusted that the owner had previously told me the truth but was wrong. Not only was a portion of the bacon undercooked but, the coffee was cold. Who wants to drink cold coffee in the morning. Not me. It appears that the owner's employees need closure supervision. Maybe the owner is travelling too often to give his employees the supervision that they clearly require. This will be my last visit. They were given the opportunity to self correct and failed. I will most definitely never buy bagels from here again. I know they open early in the morning. I got bagels at 2 and they don't taste fresh. The place looks a bit dirty. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Great service, if you want to eat fresh bagels, come to this place and you will see, very nice people, great variety also if you want to eat something your way you can tell them and they do it, Best place I have ever been, from now on this is my favorite bagel deli. Yummy!!!
