Definitely a relaxing establishment in the Fort Stockton area. Had the Green Chile cheese burger. It was a major mouth full. Along with the beer battered onion rings. I would definitely stop here again!

Maybe we stopped in at a bad time, but the ham at breakfast was inedible. Tasted like spam honestly. Totally a processed food. Bacon was good. Portions were tiny of the bad ham but I guess that's a blessing lol. Hash brown were white lol, they needed a few more min on the grill. The French toast and waffles both were top notch! We wouldn't try again.

Only one waitress, but she should have been easily able to handle the three tables in there... We were seated, then we waited quite a bit for menus. We asked for coffee, and the table of 4 interrupted her, asking for an extra order of toast. She went back, made the toast before getting our coffees out. That is a small thing, yes, BUT she could have easily brought coffee, by then the toast would have been ready. Waiting on one table at a time is NOT efficient. Do NOT walk by a table, carrying a coffee pot, without asking coffee drinkers if they would like more. I should never have to ask for a refill of coffee, at breakfast time. It wasn't just us, either. The food arrived hot, and was good. Prices are good. Service sucks, and is very slow.

Found this place at the last minute while in town and was not disappointed.
Had the Sunrise Burger and was very impressed. Meat cooked to my request, and bun was toasted perfectly.
Served with fries, which were great.
The only issue was an uncomfortable chair, but hey, I was hungry, and the burger was great.
Also, this place serves breakfast all day, and my wife enjoyed the spinach omelet.

Traveling. We stopped here at Sagebrush Cafe in Fort Stockton. The food was delicious. Had the pork chops and mashed potatoes. The flavors were so good. The services was great also. Evangelina served us she was awesome. Will definitely stop here again when driving by

Chicken Fried Chicken Mashed Potatoes Fried Okra
I am giving this restaurant 3 stars.. The 3 stars come from good tasting food and a manager who give us a discount. Because he knew that Hour visit was not as well as it was supposed to be. We had to weigh over thirty minutes just to order our food. When are waitress got to us we ordered coffee. Took her ten minutes to get that. Never not Once... Did she Check or offers a refill. Or maybe a cup of water to go with our coffee.
The place was not very busy, there's probably about 10 of us in there.. The manager did apologize at the end of our visit. He was sorry that everything took so long. Maybe I would go back again if they had a different server.. She definitely could use some lessons on how to wait on people..

We came in for a late lunch. I had the Roxy burger with extra jalapeños and onion rings and my husband had the fried chicken basket with a side salad. Everything was great! The burger was cooked just right and the chicken was very tender. The gravy that came with the chicken was delicious.

Cute place, waitress was very friendly and attempted to correct our order. This is a large fried Catfish. Smallest pieces I've ever been served. Five grease soaked onion rings. Sent it back and left because my husband got scared of what may come back.

Perfect country breakfast joint for our road trip. I had the hog and eggs and my guy had the breakfast sandwich. Both were so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly for both, the breakfast sausage patty was delicious, and hash browns were crispy and flavorful. Everything was greasy but who doesn’t love grease? Service was excellent. See pics!

Absolutely the best burger my wife has had in West Texas and she is very picky! The onion rings are spectacular! My green chili omlett was stuffed with goods and the hash browns were just toasty enough. Often the H/B'S are over looked. We will be back !@
