Italian cuisine is to clients' liking at this restaurant. It's a pleasant experience to taste perfectly cooked ravioli, salmon and prawns. Ruggeri's Italiano Pescatore offers good chocolate soufflés, tiramisu and chocolate mousse. The wine list is diverse, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. Great coffee is among the tastiest drinks to try. Many visitors consider the waitstaff hospitable. Prices at this place are worth attention as they're adequate. Most of the time, the cool atmosphere is to be found here. This spot has got Google 4.5 according to the guests' opinions.

Apologies in advance, I am doing this out of desperation until a case is complete and filed. My elderly father is not doing well and an employee of this company and has said he is not doing well, I’ve let management know since a tragic event last year up until yesterday when I sent management one of multiple voicemails. He’s not been at the restaurant or at he and my late mother’s former home when he’s supposed to. He has medical conditions, has asked for help, I no longer no what to do but take legal action and that takes time unfortunately. I fully understand this may 100% be no fault of management as he was not at work or home last Sunday. Again, he’s elderly. The drive is very far and he’s gotten worse over the last 8 months since the passing of my mother who was years younger than him. There is no need for firing or even I’m sure a lack of FMLA options and there are free services for help. He’ll come to me crying for help and then changes. I sincerely apologize to management in advance because last night was the first night he told me he likes to lie and I suppose it’s possible he’s lying as well, but ultimately, he’s elderly, been through trauma. I’m his only family. I just got off the phone with him and told him I don’t know what else to do right now and I am concerned he might be unwell and the restaurant has zero reason to create or get involved in something that will harm their reputation and business. Creating a case takes time. I lost my mother after 3 weeks of not speaking to her. Estranged relationship or not, this is my father and I’m concerned. Especially after seeing he wasn’t at work or my parent’s home on Sunday evening. I had no one to contact to know if he was alive or not. Him telling me he likes to lie last night is more erratic behavior that I’ve never seen. I’ve asked for help and I don’t want to post this either, but I won’t be able to live with myself when something happens to him. Taking that drive he takes when he wasn’t at home or work at night when he has multiple physical ailments, trauma and grief of losing your younger wife of 40 years absolutely would push anyone over. The edge. Management PLEASE let him file FMLA or any options. Surely there is a place he can work closer to his home. I understand he’s not your concern but until I can get more assistance I am at this point begging for help. Not him getting fired or not working. If he’s also not working there, just let me know and I’ll make adjustments to case request. He’s aware of this post and told me to move forward which also makes no sense for anyone. He’s about to be 73, has never acted this erratically, has gotten no help and yesterday asked for help multiple times which I sent documentation to management. Please assist him with FMLA options. Please.

Food and service were great! I wish the ambiance was nicer, especially the bar area…it definitely needs an upgrade/remodel. Try the calamari, it was exceptional and loved our server! Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
Ruggieri’s in Colleyville is not just a restaurant, it’s an authentic Italian Family experience. As a Texas transplant in the late 80’s from m the Northeast (Stratford, CT) its a challenge finding REAL Italian food. They make FOOD an art in terms of quality and service. The menu and selections are always varied and the staff and owners are sooooo hospitable offering suggestions for appetizers + wine pairing. SPECTACULAR = (from a devout foodie). My wife and I were having a date night. We loved the old location before the building was destroyed by fire. Our first time at current location. The ambience was wonderful. From the bread & olive oil to the lobster Thermidor and chicken parmigiana, it was perfect. Our waiter was incredible attentive and knowledgeable. We finished with key lime pie & tiramisu. Start to finish the evening was perfect. Thank you for a superb evening. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Celebrating a birthday could not have been more perfect. The specials were incredible, and because of the outstanding service, we never needed to look at the menu. The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and the crab cake appetizer was actually 98% lump crab instead of 98% breading. Everything was delicious including a very diverse desert menu. Jani served us as if we were in a Michelin New York City restaurant. The most professional service I’ve ever enjoyed. Highly recommend Ruggeri’s if you’re looking for quality food with service excellence. (Make you sure you ask to be seated at one of Jani’s tables). Here is Jani with my family. First, the good. The food was delicious! We had invited one couple and two singles to dinner. Our waiter was an older gentleman who had a funny sense of humor, almost the rude but funny kind so that was fine. What wasn't fine was when he refused to split the bill according to who ordered what, claiming it was "too complicated" and instead wanted to split the bill evenly 4 ways. Are you kidding me? He was clearly upset with us that we wanted to pay for our orders as ordered. A horrible finish to the night, and for those reasons, we will not be back. Also, their online menu was very misleading. The actual prices were at least $10 more than what was stated online.
So happy to see this restaurant back in operation! This was one of our favorite local places before the fire that burned it down while the building was being roofed! And then, of course, the pandemic! They have an excellent menu that includes both the traditional pasta, lasagne, etc., but also some dishes that are more what you'd find in Italy as main courses -- fish, lamb, sweetbreads, veal, etc. The service is great and the atmosphere is calm and classy. Recommend it highly.

Small Restaurant with exceptional service and food. Live music on piano and they take requests. Higher end on prices and well worth it. Very personal with the owner always visiting with guests. Very classy. Parking can be found down the street - always seem to get the last open parking spot. After eating here many times, I can reassure you this is a top notch place. Everything this great. Attentive wait staff. Exceptional service.

Ok, so you're looking for an authentic dine-in Italian restaurant with amazingly high end food? This is the place hands down. I've been here about five times now, and I have not found a single item that was anything less than gourmet perfection. You feel very welcomed as you're greeted by the very knowledgeable staff. As you begin to make your way through the different courses, you become immersed with the ingredients of old Italy and the flavors are powerful. It's a phenomenal place to eat and it invites either a full family experience or just a romantic night out! You must add this place to the bucket list!
