The meat was burned, and thrown on the plate. It was disgusting, it was worse than dog food. We both left our entire meal, and went back to the hotel room, to the vending machines, upset but it was late at night, and were tired. Did online order says it would be ready in approximately 14mins. Waited before I left home and then waited at the restaurant over 25mins. Everyone walking by & not acknowledging that you are there waiting on an order. We ordered Ribs & wings. The wings were so disappointing! $15 for 7 small wings that looked like they were broke in half. That is pitiful. Wish I could post a Pic. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. Brittany at the bar took care of us. Not only was she polite and friendly she was fast and efficient with a great attitude! We went on Thanksgiving. I believe that our waitresses' name was Brittany, she was exceptional. She made us feel welcomed, taken care-of and all of this while she had many tables. The steak was terrific and the salad bar was delicious. I especially enjoyed the broccoli salad. Totally enjoyed our visit. Danielle was a wonderful wait person for a newbie. I requested my salmon to be med rare(hate dry, well done fish) and the chef did not disappoint! Their salad bar was fresh as always. My husband and I really enjoyed our evening. Enjoyed the friendly service and good food at Ruby Tuesday's. Our server was quick to attend to us and absolutely took great care of us. If it was delicious. Salad bar was excellent as always, to bad they're missing the bacon bits. The place was clean and everyone was covered compliant.
