First of all our table of 3 loved the variety of foods available to us. Everybody was pleased with their selection. Secondly, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Finally, Gino was awesome. The quality of service he provided excelled due to his patience with our customized requests ( dishes without black pepper) and his incredible listening ability. We were a happy trio and plan on returning real soon.

It takes time to get your stuff, however, the staff are friendly and helpful and keep you updated. Plus the food was really hot, which I like. The steak was a little overcooked. I asked for medium-well which should be pink but came out well done.

Literally worst food experience I have ever had. This place has gone downhill. Steaks are paper thin, the fat is not rendered. Crab legs old and stuck to the shell. The host brought us drinks, then the server took our order and dropped our food while we were at the salad bar. Then never came back until they were bringing the check. No drink refills, no coffee refills. No longer have cottage cheese on salad bar. Just an overall terrible experience.

We were on a vacation to PA and this Ruby was next to our hotel. We loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Philly cheesesteak was delicious. The double mashed burgers were cooked and seasoned well. The chicken strips were nicely cooked and still juicy. The salad bar was OK although the variety of the dressings was good. For the drink; we ordered Ruby Relaxer. After several hours of driving, it was really relaxing. We slept well! Thanks for your hospitality, Ruby Tuesday. We'll be back.

Excellent experience. Honey garlic chicken and steak. Steak was cooked to order, flavorful, and juicy. Quick service, cold drinks, and I must day the waiter I had was the most friendly waiter I've ever had! I will definitely be returning. This one is way better than the one in NJ. Highly recommended.
