I love love this place. I kept telling my boyfriend we should try butter chicken bc I heard all my friends and things of that nature say it was good. I finally tried it and fell in love with this PLACE and the food IMMEDIATELY. Our food is always fresh & hot and taste so good and packed with so much flavor .The butter chicken was good that I got it 2 days in a row I love eating here. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great and well put. 10/10 would recommend going too. Really blown away by the experience. Ordered a $50 meal to call back and add something else, to be told they never heard of me or my order. Told me they never heard of me and acted like I was insane when I called back 3 or 4 minutes later. Wish I could leave a rating on the food but was handled so poorly, I don’t think I’ll be back. First time trying this spot since we wanted to try something closer to home! The restaurant itself was very Nice! The service was great and Fast! We ordered take out for 2 so it was about $35. First the food flavor was excellent, and authentic. Spice level was good. The food was not hot however. I mean heat hot, not spice hot,or was luke warm at best which was concerning with a chicken dish. Lastly the bill and check procedure is unusual. The bill doesn't come to the table for you to review, so you walk up to the pay desk to pay and they give you a verbal amount. You go to pay it and you get the usual "add a tip" on the POS screen and then after that they ask you if you want a receipt. I did and found that an 18% gratuity was already included in the bill so I actually paid a 20% Tip on top of that so a$55 meal was $82 and change out the door. Maybe I missed it but.. Had they shown in the menu or provided the bill before paying I would ld not have paid $23 in tips and gratuity on a $55 meal. ... After word... At the bottom of the receipt there is a note on this... But I had to ask for the receipt or I would have got one. It clearly states for parties of 6 or more... Since it was just my wife and I I'm beginning to think the cashier did this as a way of boosting the check amount. Feeling conned. But I should have asked for a copy of the bill before paying.
