I was at this location 2 get gas and noticed the pump handle was not working right it over pour gas in my vehicle and cause a gas spoilage on the ground and I end up paying 25 in gas cause it was a malfunction in the pump and gas was 2.99 went and spoke 2 a manager that claim she was going let her manager know and she also photo copy my receipt. I have not heard from her or her manager and I also emailed corporate and haven't heard from them .I have not step foot in this royal farms since then or any other royal farm I go to the gas station across the street now .they have loss a customer here.

No chicken and lady supposed to be working the food area was sitting in her car outside for over 15 minutes. Just got a refund. Lady in front with an arm brace was nice and bathrooms were mostly clean.

While trying to cash out for my gas purchase with cash the Machine would not take my cash. The store employee would not help me in anyway. I had real money they would not allow me to use. The employee acted like she could not be bothered and extremely rude. I was trying ti get gas to take a child to the emergency department. I ended up going to a Wawa in Middletown to use the same cash with no issues. God forbid you try to use cash at royal farms apparently they don’t want you to be able to pay.

Don't order food or specifically fries when the short haired blonde girl is working. She either can't count or doesn't care about giving you the right amount of food. Had an order of fries that might of well been half what I paid for. The box should be filled up not half full. If you can't do your job right or don't care about it then go work somewhere outside of food services.

Very unprofessional. White lady said she's a manager I thought she was a crack head. Black girl working was very rude to me when I asked how to use the gas self check out. I have 62,000 followers on social media and I will be posting about this royal farms. Do not go to this royal farms the will be the first and last time I visits that store. Thanks for nothing your store should be shut down!!!!!

Stored for gas, as usual when in Smyrna. The cashiers are always friendly. However, today, my wife and I ordered sandwiches. We were the ONLY two customers getting food. There were two employees making sandwiches, and one male employee not prepped for preparing food (no gloves, hat - he had very long hair, and no mask - he had a mustache & runny nose; he was scratching his head/ rubbing his nose with his wrist/ coughing into his hand, while standing between the two food workers). It took more than 20 minutes to make two simple sandwiches and a hashbrown. This was on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 10:28am until 11:12am!

Absolutely love this store, the staff are friendly and always try their best to keep things clean. It's such a huge difference from going here into a wawa, wawas staff always seems hateful and most of the time get my orders wrong. (Maybe because most of their staff are teenagers that don't want to work)

Employees are consistently terrible. I have shopped here periodically for the last 5 years and they never seem to hire anyone that has the least bit of intelligence, consideration or desire to actually work . The chicken is good but not really worth the aggrevation . I ordered some at 1126 pm and then after waiting 10 minutes I asked for my order . The obese boy behind the counter said" its not a cheeseburger with bacon? Oh its gonna take 7 to 8 minutes then someone came to help him and now just received food atc1157pm. Over 30 minutes for 3 chicken tenders

Nice store! I wish they had them in NJ. The chicken was delicious! The roll was good also. Not crazy about the fries or biscuits. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. If you still can’t be convinced - do it and then take solace in knowing it was voted as one of the 10 gas station foods to try across the country! Yes- really! It’s worth a stop if you ever come across one! I also bought a store brand dark chocolate bar which was absolutely delicious.

January 2018. The Restrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes not. The customer service is pretty good and the store is usually clean. There are a huge number of gas pumps with windshield cleaning supplies. Outside trash bins are normally full but with the volume of cars going thru, it must be hard to keep up with. They also have a pretty decent brush less carwash. March 2018. Today the pump was out of receipt paper again. This happens way to much. Only one cashier on duty with over 15 people in line. A very long wait just to get a receipt.
