I didn’t feel like cooking tonight. Living in Verrado leaves you with few options to eat out. I was complaining to a friend how expensive eating out is getting but grocery shopping and waste from spoilage is also tough to overcome being a single adult. I chose Rosie’s because the food is always consistent. I have to mention that tonight’s meal was above and beyond what I expected. Maybe I just got lucky but tonight hit the wow factor. I had a ground beef taco that was EXCELLENT and the shredded beef taco which was great as well. I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for a great experience and ended tonight really feeling like I got my monies worth. I did takeout so I can’t rate the atmosphere. So this is my go-to place. I'm a single dad who can't cook. So we eat out a lot. The workers are so friendly and always have me laughing. The food is always perfect and never wrong or missing something. I wish they had a nacho Friday sale or taco Tuesday so I could save some money. But it's totally worth it and I'm about to heat up my tacos from yesterday now. Awesome place, you will be impressed. Saw that they were open tonight via google and was even able to place an online order. Showed up and saw the lights we off and a little piece of paper taped to the door saying they were closed for the new year . I get it today was a holiday but as a business they should be better prepared its very easy to update your hours online and to turn off mobile orders. I really love eating here, i just can’t believe how let down we were when we arrived and to say we were not the only ones who were trying to pick up so this obviously affected others.
